The Legion Remix will come with the next content update for World of Warcraft, Patch 11.2.5, which is now available on the Public Test Realm. Blizzard has shared their current development notes for the patch indicating everything that is included.

One important piece of information is that the Evoker class will not be included in the Remix. This isn’t too surprising since the class wasn’t in the game for Legion, and adding it to the Remix would require adding a Class Order Hall, artifact weapons, and numerous class missions to match the content that is available for other classes. 

Patch 11.2.5 will also include a return of the Turbo Boost event and some UI changes, most notably to the Cooldown Manager feature.
